Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters located in Ludhiana. The Commi will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills to support kitchen operations. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring all dishes meet the company’s quality standards.
