1.Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, washing fruits, and preparing sauces. 2.Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes. 3.Cook dishes according to recipes and under the guidance of senior chefs. 4.Ensure proper cooking techniques and temperatures. 5.Maintain a clean and organized workstation. 6.Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures. 7.Ensure food safety and quality. 8.Assist in receiving deliveries and inventory management. 9.Disposing of expired food items. 10.Potentially contribute to menu planning and development. Other: 11.Wash dishes and equipment. Maintain inventory levels. 12.Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management.
