Job Description – Commi I Joining Requirement: Immediate (1–2 days) The Commi I will support daily kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, and ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service. The role requires basic culinary expertise, discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes Assist the Chef de Partie in kitchen operations Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI) Ensure timely preparation and smooth service Support stock handling and inventory rotation Requirements: 1–3 years of kitchen experience Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to work under pressure and in shifts Good teamwork and communication skills
