Designation - Sales Officer

State

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in commercial vehicle financing.
Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products, explaining terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
Assess customer financial situations to recommend appropriate loan options.
Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
Coordinate with internal credit and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approval.
Follow up with clients to provide updates on application status and resolve any issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
