Candidate Profile

Graduate /MBA
2+ Years of Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance in SME Sales(Secured)
Age upto 35 years
The candidate must possess good understanding of mSME Products and should be localitie of the area
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Job Role Specifics

Acquiring new Customers through direct channel and self-source
Handling MSME LAP
To do Cross selling
Doing various Marketing activities in SME clusters,(Canopy, Loan fairs exhibitions, micro marketing etc)
Worked with managers to develop and manage strategic sourcing plans to achieve targets
Maintaining the existing client relationship and identifying the new customers and business
To support collection team in case of early delinquency
To maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, Technical, Legal, Operations & Credit team
Maintaining Data Pertaining to logins, disbursement, IRR and Insurance
Executing Documentation while disbursing the limit
