Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners (brokers, consultants, agencies) in West Pune’s commercial market.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure steady lead flow and deal closures.
Conduct training sessions and engagement activities to equip partners with project USPs, pricing, and market positioning.
Drive sales through innovative channel engagement strategies and targeted incentive programs.
Track partner performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions to maximize conversions.
Gather and share market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing trends, and channel activities.
Prepare and present regular performance and ROI reports to management.

Key Metrics:

Number of new channel partners onboarded.
Commercial sales volume generated via the channel network.
Partner engagement, retention, and productivity levels.
Lead-to-conversion ratio from channel sources.

Profile Requirements:

3–6 years
of experience in commercial real estate channel sourcing/sales.
Established broker and consultant network in West Pune’s commercial market.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
