Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Commercial Sales professional. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and closing deals
• Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Proven ability in Customer Service and relationship management
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales processes and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic commercial real estate environment
• Familiarity with the commercial leasing market in Gurugram is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
