Commercial Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our growing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert them into sales for commercial properties (plots, office space, retail, etc.)
• Conduct site visits and property showings with prospective clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and current property listings
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and customer support teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (commercial preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record
• Good knowledge of local real estate market (Zirakpur/Tricity)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
