Commercial Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry
• Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materials
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products

and services

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care

product manufacturers

• Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications
• • Fluent in regional language* along with English & Hindi
• • Excellent communication and presentation skills
• • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
