Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial real estate sales in the Pune West market, targeting offices and retail spaces.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, including businesses, investors, and developers.
• Gain In-depth understanding of the local commercial real estate market, including price trends and competition mapping.
• Ability to manage property/product presentations, conduct site visits, and negotiate to finalize sales transactions.
• Work with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
• Deliver exceptional client service and uphold high professionalism to strengthen the company's reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.

• Market Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of Pune West's commercial real estate landscape, including trends, demand drivers, and legal regulations.

• Sales Acumen:

  Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value transactions.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Communication Skills:
