Job description Job Title: Interior Designer & Site Supervisor Location: Pune & Bengalore Job Summary: As an Interior Designer , you will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, produce detailed drawings, and oversee the execution of the design from concept to completion. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Outline client design objectives. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Utilize computer applications in the design process. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Monitor and enforce safety regulations onsite. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the projects success. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project manager and other stakeholders. Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to the site. Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Make on-the-spot decisions to keep the project moving forward. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in interior design,Civil Engineer or related field. Project management, Handling, Execution experience. Experience with computational design. Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar design software
