Commercial Officer (Solar EPC)- Procurement

Role Overview: As a Commercial Officer - SCM at Worli, Mumbai, you will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of various renewable items like solar modules, MMS, cables, HT panels, Transformers, SCADA, WMS, DWC pipes, Solar BOS items, and other necessary items as per the organization's requirements. Your role will involve checking requisitions from user departments, prioritizing material requirements, floating inquiries for supplies, analyzing quotations, and recommending purchases based on vendor bids. Key Responsibilities: - Source and procure renewable items based on organizational requirements - Check requisitions for correctness and necessary information - Prioritize material requirements and process them promptly - Float inquiries for supplies and services as per Purchase Requisitions - Analyze and negotiate quotations and bids from vendors - Evaluate techno-commercial offers from vendors and ensure completeness - Create detailed comparative statements for received offers - Collaborate with project departments to review and approve procurement decisions - Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders with clear terms - Follow up with vendors for timely delivery meeting all requirements - Ensure accurate completion and filing of all necessary documentation Qualification Required: - B.
