Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Commercial Office Interior Design Project Manager. The role involves overseeing end-to-end management and execution of commercial office interior design projects. Responsibilities include space planning, coordinating interior design plans, creating construction drawings, and managing furniture installations. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the delivery of timely, sustainable, and functional workspaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create flexible, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing work environments.
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to oversee projects from concept development to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Knowledge of creating and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and design objectives.
• Familiarity with Furniture selection and arrangement to optimize workspace functionality and aesthetics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for client and stakeholder management.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in the commercial interior design or managed workspace industry.
• Educational qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
