Role Summary We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who lives and breathes sales , loves building new relationships, and gets genuinely excited about business development. You’ll be the face of TRIOS for potential clients, driving demand for our workspaces and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Curating the company provided leads. Conduct in-person office tours and walk-throughs to understand client needs and position TRIOS solutions accordingly. Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with potential clients (SMEs, corporates, brokers, and channel partners). Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured sales processes. Work with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and generate qualified leads. Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Zoho) and prepare regular sales reports. Stay up to date with local commercial real estate trends and competitor activity. Who We’re Looking For Experience: 3–4 years in a high-performance sales or business development role (coworking, real estate, hospitality, or B2B solutions preferred). Personality: Self-motivated, high-energy, and driven by targets — someone who loves people, pitching, and closing deals. Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Mindset: Proactive, and comfortable working independently and in a team. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ZOHO CRM tools, Excel, and sales dashboards.
