Commercial Lines (DM / SM Direct Sales)

As a Commercial Lines (DM/SM) at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for fully understanding our business proposition and service solutions relative to customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Explaining the concept and selling our services to potential clients - Following up on qualified prospects through field visits - Proactively developing new customer contacts and building long-lasting business relationships - Participating in networking activities to attract, partner, and cultivate new business prospects - Taking initiatives in various marketing channels to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, and acquire clients - Utilizing your good interpersonal skills and willingness to travel - Demonstrating drive, determination, and commercial awareness in pricing and analyzing data - Showcasing good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a creative approach to new campaigns - Utilizing good negotiating and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and a high standard of computer literacy Qualifications required for this role include graduation and basic IT skills. As a General Insurance Experienced personnel, you will also need good numeracy skills, a knowledge of statistics, and the ability to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy.,
