Job Description

The role involves sourcing and securing new tenants for commercial properties. You will be responsible for handling lease negotiations, renewals, and closures with both prospective and existing clients. Conducting property tours and presentations for potential lessees is a key aspect of this position. It is essential to keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and rental values. Additionally, you will be preparing leasing documents such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and amendments. Collaboration with legal and property management teams is crucial to ensure the smooth onboarding of tenants. Tracking and reporting leasing metrics like occupancy, leads, and closures are part of the responsibilities. You will need to develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Building strong relationships with brokers and managing broker networks will be a significant focus. Participation in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings is also expected. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (retail, office, or mixed-use) is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing practices is a must. The ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite are necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience working with developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), or real estate brokerages. Having a network with local brokers and corporates, as well as an understanding of local regulatory and legal frameworks related to leasing, would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a yearly bonus. The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability. The job requires a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. The work location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and it is an in-person role.,
