Role Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who is technically strong, creatively driven, and capable of handling fast-paced commercial projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Space Planning & Architecture: Create intelligent, efficient, and aesthetic layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD. Construction Drawings: Develop detailed construction and working drawings for site execution. FF&E Selection: Curate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the project’s concept and client brief. Commercial Project Execution: Lead and manage commercial interior design projects, including site visits and on-site coordination with consultants and contractors. Design Visualization: Prepare mood boards, conceptual sketches, 3D renders, and client presentations using SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met. Client Communication: Present design proposals effectively and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle. Budgeting: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in budget tracking using Excel and project management tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: 5 to 7 years in commercial interior design projects.
