Roles & Responsibility:

• Design Software Proficiency (AutoCad, sketchup, Landscape, photoshop etc.)
• Strong space planning skills
• Materials and Finishes Selection: A deep understanding of different materials, finishes, and furnishings is necessary to select appropriate options that align with design aesthetics, budget, and functionality.
• Design Principles: Balance, contrast, harmony, hierarchy, and function are key design principles in commercial interior design. They guide layout, aesthetics, and user experience, creating impactful and purposeful spaces.
• Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and the project's objectives.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for presenting design ideas, collaborating with team members, and communicating with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail is essential for creating accurate design drawings, specifying materials, and ensuring all design elements work together cohesively.
• Project Coordination: work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines, tasks, and priorities are important for successful project coordination.
• Presentation Skills: The ability to create compelling design presentations using software and visual aids to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and team members.
