Commercial Finance Analyst

As a Commercial Finance Analyst at Cisco, you will be part of the broad finance organization, reporting to the Commercial Finance leader. Your primary focus will be supporting accounts and geographies in India & sub-continent and ASEAN regions, requiring flexibility to work in different time-zones. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Finance Controller, and other stakeholders to support sales efforts related to deal management - Act as a trusted advisor and business partner for Sales teams, ensuring end-to-end management of non-standard deals in accordance with Company policies - Manage, support, and coordinate deal structuring, review, and approval process to optimize margins and mitigate risks effectively - Build relationships with internal functional teams for deal reviews and approvals, including executive engagement - Manage all non-standard deals for assigned accounts or geographies, optimizing deals, mitigating risks, and facilitating reviews and approvals - Implement pricing and deal packaging guidelines, perform scenario analysis, ensure deal governance and compliance, including risk assessment - Partner with the Legal team for contract reviews and assessments according to processes Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience Preferred Qualifications: - Strong time management and planning skills - Analytical and mathematical skills - Working knowledge of MS Excel - Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills - Understanding of telecom technology, Cisco product portfolio, and competitive environment is preferred Cisco is revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era and beyond.
