Location: Chennai – Teynampet

Company: Component Manufacturer for Automotive, Aerospace and General Engineering

Industries for domestic and global market.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of shipping, Inco-terms, customs, freight, and documentation processes.

Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in Export/Import sector. Logistics coordination and

working knowledge of ERP systems.

 Assisting in returns filing – IT, GST & TDS

 GSTR-2B reconciliation

 Assisting in GSTR-9 & 9C filing (annual returns)

 Cost working sheet – Door to door

 Export Dispatch Documentation

 Check list verification – Customs filing

 Stuffing & Flight / Vessel schedule

 Bank document submission

 Certification of origin – rules and regulations

 Final documents to Customer

 Tracking of shipment – update

 Knowledge about the FTA & schemes

 Drawback and RODTEP claims monitoring

 DGFT related works

 BRC regularization

 Import documentation procedure

 Invoice register maintenance

 Sales report preparation

Qualifications

 B.Com / MBA preferred.

 3–5 years’ experience in Tally, ITR, GST

 Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
