Commercial Executive

The role of Junior Commercial Executive at our client's organization in Bangalore is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience. As a Junior Commercial Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the daily invoicing process for design jobs completed and approved by customers. Your responsibilities will include accurately generating invoices through customer-specific portals, maintaining billing records meticulously, and collaborating with internal teams, particularly design and operations, for job updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating billing trackers using MS Excel, preparing basic reports on job completion and invoicing, and supporting the senior commercial/finance team with documentation and compliance tasks when required. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, excellent time management abilities, and a basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
