Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing analytical support, with the help of a manager, to all EMENA countries, with special focus on dashboards, Excel analyses, regular deliverables and task automation
  • Mastering PowerBI dashboards to take over the ownership of EMENA Promotional Activity reporting and other SFE-related metrics
  • Getting to understand CRM and related data structures for all EMENA CRM systems in order to standardize our ways of working across the region
  • Reviewing Sales Incentive Plans for EU5 to create tailored, dynamic bonus calculators for all members of local sales teams
  • Helping our stakeholders in EMENA countries adapt call plans for each sales cycle to balance workload, investments and geographical needs for each sales person, with special focus on EU5
  • Taking responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring projects with CRM vendors
  • Taking responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring projects related to customer databases, with special focus on IQVIA OneKey database
  • Assisting all EMENA countries in creating and monitoring sales KPIs both quantitative and qualitative in close cooperation with local sales managers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining models to measure and forecast key metrics for sales
  • Reviewing / updating SFE part of regular presentations such as launch trackers and brand review meetings
  • Ensuring consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reporting deliverables
  • Helping lead internal Commercial Excellence meetings to ensure metrics are clearly understood and acted upon while delivering wider commercial strategy
  • Supporting selected internal & external SFE projects on EMENA level, including data tracking, targetings, sizings and data migrations
  • Reducing manual work included in abovementioned tasks by automation and process improvement
  • Working with Knowledge Centre team, with special focus on market data projects and insight-generating initiatives
  • Serving as second line of contact for all Commercial Excellence / SFE initiatives both internally (supporting sales teams) and externally (data vendors, technology vendors, consulting companies, auditors)
  • Supporting EMENA Commercial Excellence team

  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills English is a must, any other EU5 language is a plus
  • Organizational and change management skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to learn / adapt quickly
  • Detail-oriented and execution focused
  • Consistency and punctuality in the performance of tasks
  • Self-motivation and creative approach to solving business problems
  • Ability to influence and recommend solutions

Educational Background:

  • Higher education degree or during studies, preferably in Economics or Business
  • 1-4 years of analytical experience in SFE, Sales Support / Operations, Analytics or Consulting is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated business understanding and openness to internal and external customer needs is a plus
