Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and responsible Commercial Driver to operate company vehicles for transporting goods, materials, or equipment. The ideal candidate should have a valid commercial driving license and strong knowledge of road safety and routes. Responsibilities: Operate commercial vehicles (truck/lorry/tempo, etc.) for transporting goods or equipment as assigned. Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations. Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly. Follow traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures at all times. Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance. Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team for delivery schedules. Assist with loading and unloading goods when required. Requirements: Valid Commercial Driving License (Heavy/Light as applicable). Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a commercial or transport driver. Good knowledge of routes, highways, and traffic rules. Ability to handle long-distance or intercity travel if required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
