Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

1. 15+ years of work experience, predominantly in USA Banking Operation in depth knowledge of entire Commercial loan life cycle. Origination knowledge will be advantage.

2. Exposure towards USA Credit policy guidelines.

3. Experience in handling huge team across multiple Locations.

4. Active participation in Solutions and Transitions is a must.

5. Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions

6. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualification:

MBA or any degree

B. Position Summary:

To drive and lead the team to achieve and excel contractual obligations with various clients. Interact with the internal and external stakeholders to manage the expectations. Optimize the operational excellence to drive profitability. To anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

1. To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction.

2. Accomplish and exceed business goals through various methods. Guide and mentor highly motivated team.

3. Liaison with front end team and provide support. Interact with solution and transition teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Outcomes expected/measurable

1. Create and hone leadership and domain expertise across the locations.

2. Enable teams / identified leaders to contribute to the overall growth of organization

3. Meet and exceed all the contractual obligations and focus on continuous improvement using technology interventions

4. Measure and improve the ops metrics, create strategic long term plan for the vertical

5. Should understand customer Quality & productivity expectations.
