Job Description

The role involves monitoring and communication tasks related to remote infrastructure across all towers. This includes monitoring tickets, providing communication to stakeholders about incidents, and assigning tasks to technology towers. The position requires 24/7 on-seat support to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for following the incident management process using the ServiceNow instance, coordinating with relevant teams for incident resolution, and collaborating with service desk and third-party teams. It is essential to adhere to the predefined escalation process for critical issues and escalate to Level 2 and Level 3 support when necessary. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing monthly and quarterly presentations, ad hoc reports, raising on-boarding/off-boarding requests, and tracking them to closure. Coordination, documentation, and reporting are crucial aspects of this role to ensure efficient operations and communication among different teams.,
