Role Description: The person will be on rolls of Service Provider and will be working on assignments of Asian Paints Beautiful Homes, which is One Stop Interior Solution from Asian Paints Ltd. India s largest d cor company. Job Involves understanding the d cor needs of the customer in-store and assisting them in colour selection for walls & fixtures in their house selection based on various variables (light, furniture, space, etc.). Upselling & Cross selling d cor products with respect to space Achieving respective Sales target with respect to Nilaya & D cor Category Responsibilities: The Colour Consultant s role is to understand the overall d cor of the house and to help the customer make the choice from the various colour families & D cor elements. Advice the client on various themes and interior to enhance d cor of their rooms. Generating the maximum color consultation leads to SPS and D cor Category Help set moodboard /theme/color palatte for the home with the use of colour and pick colors to create a space that reflects its inhabitants Credibility Building with customer & servicing the high satisfaction and achieving NPS rating Following up Proper Consultation process Maintaining the assigned reports Qualifications: Bachelor or Post Graduation diploma/degree in interior designing/fine arts/creative field. Experience: Essential : a. Interior Designing firm Retail: D cor & related fields Experience with Architects/Interior/Direct Customer/Designer firms Desired : Interior Concept Pitching Skills Required: Good Communication Confident Demeanor Proficiency in written and spoken English (Local language) Good Team Player Goal Oriented Multi tasking
