Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a College Lecturer at AIGIRI COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, located in Rayagada. The College Lecturer will be responsible for conducting and delivering lectures, preparing course materials, creating assessment tools and grading assignments, maintaining records, conducting research within their field of expertise, and providing guidance to students. Additionally, the Lecturer will engage in curriculum development, participate in academic meetings, collaborate with faculty members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the education system.

Qualifications

• Subject-Matter Expertise in a relevant medical science discipline
• Experience in lecturing, teaching, and educational methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop course materials and assessments
• Research skills and experience in publishing academic papers
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and student mentoring abilities
• BSc Nursing degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to work collegially with faculty and engage in professional development
