Role Overview: As a College Lecturer at BBMP Boys High School in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and deliver engaging lectures to students. You will be tasked with developing curriculum plans, grading assignments and exams, advising students, and contributing to academic research. Additionally, you will participate in departmental meetings to enhance the overall learning experience and collaborate with colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver lectures that are engaging and informative to students - Develop curriculum plans that align with departmental needs - Grade assignments and exams to assess student progress - Advise students on academic matters and provide necessary guidance - Contribute to academic research in the relevant field - Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and integrate current developments into the curriculum Qualifications Required: - Subject Matter Expertise in the relevant field - Teaching Skills to deliver engaging lectures, develop lesson plans, and assess student progress - Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and colleagues - Ability to conduct and contribute to academic research - Interpersonal Skills including organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities - Education: Advanced degree in the relevant field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) - Experience in an educational or similar setting is an advantage.,
