As an Office Manager - Collections working with an award-winning luxury brand in Mumbai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare and raise client invoices based on project milestones, purchase orders, or agreements. - Ensure the accuracy of billing details such as taxes, client codes, and PO numbers. - Keep track of due dates and send reminders for pending or overdue invoices. - Support audit processes and maintain necessary documentation related to invoicing. - Assist with personal banking tasks, including managing accounts, transactions, and reconciliations. - Organize personal files and documents, as well as raise invoices. - Maintain a calendar of personal appointments and events. - Arrange hotel bookings and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. - Manage personal orders and bookings to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. - Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar of personal appointments and events.
