Skill Set:
1. Should have prior experience in collections (preferably B2B collections)
2. Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Excellent communication Skills (verbal and written) with an inclination towards achieving customer satisfaction.
5. Working knowledge of SAP system/environment would be preferable
6. Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel & Word)
Job Responsibilities:
-Reviewing list of accounts allocated and strategize accordingly.
- Review and Analyze customer account and prepare an excel spreadsheet statement before contacting the customer.
- Contact Customer through available mediums (phone calls/ emails etc)
- Achieve daily customer contact/collection targets as per defined performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to service quality procedures when performing collection activities
