About the Role:

Collection Strategy team

Key Responsibilities:

Build, deploy, and monitor
collection and recovery models
for personal loans and credit cards.
Develop
behavioral scorecards
and
predictive models
to improve portfolio recovery rates.
Design, implement, and track
collection strategies
for secured and unsecured lending products.
Analyze collection data using
SQL and Python
, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to optimize processes and enhance strategy effectiveness.
Ensure models comply with
regulatory guidelines
and internal risk frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-9 years
of experience in
credit risk, collection strategy, or portfolio analytics
.
Strong
SQL and Python
skills; experience with
R or SAS
is a plus.
Proven experience in
building collection models, scorecards, or predictive analytics
.
Hands-on experience with
personal loans and credit card portfolios
(secured and unsecured lending).
Knowledge of
machine learning/statistical techniques
(logistic regression, decision trees, survival analysis).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
data visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with
model validation, monitoring, and portfolio strategy
.
