Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in collections, revenue management, and customer relationship management while working with a global client base.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Collections Management

Revenue Cycle Support

Customer Engagement

Payment Processing

Account Receivables

What We're Looking For

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles
Sharp attention to detail and analytical mindset
Comfortable working US shift timings (evening/night hours IST)
Team player with ability to work independently
Self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have:

Prior internship or exposure to collections/AR processes
Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software
Understanding of US business practices
