To ensure timely recovery of outstanding royalty payments from licensees/partners in accordance with contractual terms, maintaining accurate records, negotiating in a professional and ethical manner, and supporting the organization s revenue integrity all work being performed remotely (phone, email, system-based) with no field visits required.
Key Responsibilities
Contact licensees/partners with outstanding royalty obligations, negotiate payment schedules and ensure payments are received.
Review royalty agreements, identify under-reported or missing payments and escalate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, outstanding amounts, payment history and settlements.
Liaise with finance, legal and business teams to support dispute resolution and contract enforcement.
Achieve targets for royalty recovery and contribute to process improvements.
Criteria
Candidates must have prior experience working in credit cards, collection agencies or in a banking environment.
Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional in remote interactions.
Basic accounting/finance understanding; proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking.
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in collections/royalty operations is a requirement.
