Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing financial information, communicating effectively with clients, and providing high-quality customer service. The role requires daily interaction with customers to ensure timely collection of dues, updating account information, and resolving any discrepancies. The officer will also work closely with the finance department to develop and implement collection strategies.
