Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collection Officer to join our team in Amalapuram, Konkapalli, J Grades. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in collections, financial services, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Negotiate payment schedules with customers to suit their current financial situation while satisfying the debt.

Track portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency, focusing on non-starters.

Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, and review account adjustments.

Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies.

Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.

Job

Graduate or Master''s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, financial services, or a related field.

Possess strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.

Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Additional Info
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the collection process of receivables across multiple sources, reducing total outstanding and associated average number of days, while continuing to make efforts to keep client partnerships intact.
