Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collection Officer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Negotiate payment schedules with customers to suit their financial situation while satisfying the debt.
Track portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency, focusing on non-starters.
Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, and resolve client discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies.
Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while maintaining healthy relationships with customers.

Job
Graduate or Master''s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Be familiar with auditing and regulatory requirements.

Additional Info
The selected candidate will be required to make efforts to keep client partnerships intact.
