About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Collection Executives with strong communication skills in Hindi. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DRA certification and possess prior experience in recovery/collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle collection calls for overdue payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayments in adherence with compliance guidelines.
• Update customer interaction details accurately in the system.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.
• Ensure adherence to RBI and company guidelines during collection processes.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (verbal & written).
• Persuasive negotiation and problem-solving ability.
• Customer-centric approach with patience and confidence.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications

• DRA Certification: Mandatory
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections/recovery (Receiver process).
• Preference for candidates with NBFC/BFSI sector experience.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month
