1. Collection of overdue account NPA and write off.
2. Regular visit and follow up with customers minimum of 25 to 30 visits per day.
3. CO should take care collection process of allocated case.
4. Regular visit and 100% feedback to be updated in allocated TAB.
5. Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
6. Adhere to the code of conduct of collection process.
7. Builds good relationships with customers and helps grow the bank's business.
1. Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or graduation in any subject.
2. Age should be between 22 and 31 yrs.
3. Should have 0 to 2 Yrs of work experience in microfinance loans. Freshers are also eligible.
4. Must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
5. Should be ready to travel and relocate within North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Nadia, Kolkata, and Howrah districts of West Bengal.
