Collections MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional/zonal Collections teams to gather daily, weekly, and monthly data.
  
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to collections performance, overdue accounts, recovery trends, and portfolio health.
  
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data received from various sources.
  
• Compile, clean, and validate data for management review.
  
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for Collections performance tracking.
  
• Assist in forecasting and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
  
• Work closely with IT/Data teams for automation of reports where possible.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and data sets for future reference.
  
• Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  
• Support any ad-hoc reporting requests from management.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas) and

  PowerPoint

  .
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, and reporting.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to manage multiple reporting timelines simultaneously.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Statistics or equivalent.
  
• 13 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in Collections, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sector.
  
• Knowledge of collections processes will be an added advantage.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timeliness and accuracy of MIS reports.
  
• Level of coordination efficiency with Collections teams.
  
• Quality of analysis and insights provided to management.
  
• Reduction in data discrepancies through proactive checks.
