Job Description

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include efficiently managing the portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Allocating portfolio to vendors based on past performance trends and availability of Field Officers, ensuring adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. - Reviewing cases with Field Officers/Team Leaders and assigning work based on disposition codes. - Coordinating with agency resources, planning calls for better resolution, and providing appropriate support to the agency on challenging cases. - Periodically allocating and auditing receipt books and Repo kits. - Ensuring closure of agency billing within 60 days of completing the work month. - Obtaining prior approvals in repo cases and assisting agencies in managing repo-related issues. - Managing collection/repo-related customer service issues and escalations. - Collaborating with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and working with enforcement agencies in cases filed against the organization by customers/third parties. - Tracking and reviewing BKT resolution at the agency and Field Officer level. - Restricting flow rates to the next BKT based on the location you are handling. - Removing non-performing Field Officers, recruiting a fresh team, and providing training as necessary. - Ensuring closure of CRM queries within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT). - Responding to RCU audit queries before the TAT and implementing committed actions at the field level. - Discussing receipt book discrepancies with the agency to prevent their reoccurrence in the field. - Utilizing the Hand Held Terminal (HHT) 100% and submitting reports regularly to the Area Collection Manager (ACM) / Regional Collection Manager (RCM). - Informing the IT team about non-functional HHTs for necessary support. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to effectively manage and lead a team. - Prior experience in portfolio management and customer service is preferred.
