Lead, manage, and monitor a team of Collection Executives, Tele Callers, and Field
Agencies to ensure timely collections.
Allocate collection portfolios to team members and ensure optimal manpower
utilization.
Monitor daily field and tele-calling performance; provide actionable feedback and
performance insights.
Conduct regular review meetings with field agencies to ensure target achievement and
adherence to compliance.
Collaborate with vendors and agencies to enhance performance through training,
feedback, and joint field visits.
Ensure quality customer interactions and resolution of escalations related to collections.
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on collection performance
and team metrics
