Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Collection Executive at Tata Capital, located in Kotpad. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collections, ensuring timely payment recovery, and maintaining records of overdue accounts. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers to address payment issues, analyzing financial data to suggest repayment plans, and collaborating with internal teams to adhere to compliance protocols and achieve collection targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and creating repayment strategies
Strong understanding of Finance-related principles and practices
Detail-oriented with organizational skills to maintain accurate records
Basic computer literacy, including experience with relevant financial tools and software
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
