Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, maintaining accurate records of payments, analyzing financial data, and ensuring adherence to credit control policies. They will also interact with customers to address queries and resolve issues, striving to build trust and foster positive relationships, while meeting collection targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection practices
Effective Communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify effective collection strategies
Background in Finance or related field
Detail-oriented and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in working in rural and semi-urban financial services is an advantage
Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems
