We are looking for a Team Leader – Collections to manage and guide a team of collection executives in achieving monthly recovery targets. The role involves allocating work, monitoring overdue accounts, handling escalations, motivating the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Candidates should be graduates with 3–5 years of experience in collections (preferably in NBFC/Banking/Finance) and have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
