A Collections Executive's primary responsibility is to recover outstanding debts from clients or customers while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.   • Negotiating Payment Plans:They work with debtors to establish feasible repayment plans, considering their financial situations.
  • Resolving Discrepancies:Investigating and resolving any issues or disputes related to payments or billing.
