We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Collection Executive to join our collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers via phone calls, maintaining records of communication, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
Inform customers of their outstanding dues and due dates.
Negotiate and arrange repayment plans that meet both customer and company needs.
Record call details, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the system.
Follow up regularly with customers to ensure payments are made on time.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the supervisor or legal team.
Maintain a professional and respectful tone with customers at all times.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
