Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive, located in Katihar. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing credit control and debt collection activities. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers to collect due payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
