Make outbound collection calls to customers and follow up on overdue payments.
Provide payment reminders in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and escalate issues when necessary.
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer support.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to work on-site at Pitampura, New Delhi
