As a Colleague Engagement Analyst at Barclays, your main role will involve supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects by planning, budgeting, ensuring agreed quality, and maintaining governance standards. You will play a crucial role in spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape at Barclays, driving innovation and excellence to revolutionize digital offerings for unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating key messages to internal employees across various channels. You should be able to tailor communications to suit different audiences and contexts. - Planning and organizational skills are important as you will be required to handle both reactive (urgent messages) and planned campaign work. - Analytical skills are necessary for analyzing different forms of data to make informed recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Experience with stakeholder management, working across global locations and India leadership teams to understand priorities and build trust for delivering important messages. - Interest in improving employee culture and experience, demonstrating a genuine interest in enhancing employee experiences. - Events planning and execution skills to organize local events in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The role is based in Pune and aims to manage, govern, and evolve internal communication channels. Some of the main accountabilities include the development and execution of a digital channels strategy, management, and optimization of internal communication channels, and collaboration with external stakeholders to understand new digital channels and industry standards.
