Collateral Operations Analyst

Working within Collateral Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all enquiries and requests are handled promptly and accurately. This position offers an opportunity to build networks through engaging in various stakeholder collaboration activities, while being positioned at a senior analyst level. As a Collateral Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include managing all operational aspects of client static data, margin call issuance, and portfolio reconciliation. You will also oversee query management for these processes, ensuring high levels of attention to detail to maintain accuracy and completeness of trade information. Additionally, you will be tasked with internal stakeholder management, reporting, monitoring, and operational compliance with market regulations. On a daily basis, you will be expected to resolve all exceptions and discrepancies collaboratively with front office and internal teams, respond promptly and accurately to enquiries and requests, and identify and escalate risks and control gaps. It is essential to ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations. The skills required for this role include previous investment banking experience, a dedication to providing excellent client service, keen attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills to manage high work volumes effectively. Furthermore, you should possess an understanding of the OTC derivatives front-to-back trade life cycle, a strong knowledge of regulations affecting the OTC derivative market, familiarity with ISDA and CSA definitions related to collateral management, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and experience in a supervisory or team leader role.,
